The Dominica Association of Local Community Authority is mourning the loss of Founding Member, 81 Yr Old Albert Cuffy of Pichelin.
Cuffy who dedicated over three decades of service to the local government system in Dominica passed away earlier Tuesday.
He was also Chairman of the Pichelin Village Council and a member of the Grandbay Village Council.
President Of the Dominica Association of Local Government Authorities, Yoland Jno. Jules spoke to DBS News on the Passing of Albert Cuffy.
He says the Association and community by extension has suffered a great loss as Mr Cuffy was a man who wore many hats.
