Housing Minister Melissa Skerrit has reaffirmed the Government’s commitment to a housing policy that prioritizes the needs of the underprivileged.
Mrs. Skerrit made the statement on Friday during the handing over of 69 new resilient homes at Windsor Park.
The units were constructed under the World Bank–Government of Dominica Housing Recovery Program, designed to provide safer, more durable housing for vulnerable families.
She emphasized that the Government will continue to focus on ensuring that those most in need receive adequate support, noting that access to secure and resilient housing remains a national priority.
