Government’s Housing Expansion Program continued when the keys to apartments at Elmshall were handed over to 36 families on Monday.
Acting Minister for Housing, Dr. Colin McIntyre says over 120 people are expected to be housed in the area.
The government-funded project was undertaken by a Chinese firm, the Shanghai Construction Company, through a soft loan from the People’s Republic of China as part of Government’s commitment to provide adequate, affordable housing through its Housing Revolution Programme.
