Speaker of the House of Assembly Joseph Isaac remembers the late Alix Boyd Knights as a Dominican who served with distinction.
The late Alix Boyd Knights, Speaker Emerita passed at her residence on Tuesday, having served for 20 years as speaker of the House of Assembly.
She will be accorded a state funeral by the Government of Dominica.
Mr. Isaac says the contribution of Mrs. Knights to national development was impactful and she made her mark in many facets of Dominican life.
