Hundreds of Teachers Participate in Education Workshops

Close to 300 teachers in Dominica are to attend the 2017 Ministry of Education workshops in several areas.

The workshops opened at the Dominica Grammar School on Monday and will focus on improving teachers skills in Auto-card, Information Technology, Early Childhood Education and other fields.

Education Minister Peter St. Jean said the workshops are timely.

Meantime, Dominican Dr. Martha Joseph Watz who is a teacher in the Virgin Islands is one of the facilitators of the two week workshops.
