ICJ advisory opinion on the right to strike will have major implications for unions and employees- Sandra Massiah

A prominent regional trade union leader says an advisory opinion from the International Court of Justice this morning, on the right to strike, will have major implications for unions and employees.

Sandra Massiah, Public Services International sub-regional secretary for the Caribbean,  made the announcement while delivering the featured address at the 13th biennial delegates conference of the Public Service Union last night.
