Dominica’s Independence celebrations will open this weekend with the official Opening Ceremony at Layou 5pm.
The Nation is celebrating 38 years of Independence under the theme “Strengthening Our Commitment to Nation Building.”
The event will coincide with the 9th Annual Titiwi Festival which culminates on Sunday.
Organisers of the event are promising an exciting and colourful opening to Independence Celebrations
