Justin Greaves recorded double-ton (202) in drawn test against New Zealand in firsrt test match

Justin Greaves produced a monumental double-century as the first Test between New Zealand and the West Indies ended in a dramatic and historic draw in Christchurch.

Greaves led the resistance with a superb 202, Shai Hope added a gritty 140 despite battling an eye infection, and veteran pacer Kemar Roach played a remarkable supporting role with an unbeaten career-best 58*.

Speaking after his historic performance, Greaves reflected on the day:

West Indies Captain Roston Chase also praised the team’s fight.
