Attorney- at- Law Lennox Lawrence is expected to be sworn in as acting Attorney General of Dominica.
On Tuesday, Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit announced that Levi Peter, the substantive holder of the Attorney General position, has been granted leave, and is out of the country.
According to the Prime Minister, Lennox Lawrence has been appointed acting Attorney General for one month.
Mr. Skerrit says Government is “dealing with the administrative processes to get him sworn in”.
