President of the Lupus Foundation of Dominica Glorine Thomas says the country has recorded over 600 lupus patients.
Her remarks come as Dominica joins the rest of the world to observe the 20th annual World Lupus Day today.
Thomas commended government for providing assistance to lupus patients on the island.
