Prime Minister and Parliamentary Representative for the Vieille Case Constituency, Roosevelt Skerrit says a new resource center, a health center and the lighting of the Vieille Case playing field are among a number of new projects which will come on stream in 2017.
His comments came at the 27th inagural meetng of the Vieille Case village Council on Monday.
The Prime Minister also says that pit latrines in the Constituency will also be eliminated.
He also announced upgrades for the road network in the village.
Meantime, the new Village Council Chairman is Yoland Jno Jules.
The other councillors are Mitchlyn Valerie, George Williams, Brian Leblanc, Christopher Elizee, Jerome Victor, Peter Graneau and Anna Jno Jules.
