President of the Dominica Manufactures Association, Severin Mckenzie says manufacturers are hoping to respond to an offer from Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit before the end of this month.
The Prime minister in December offered to make funds available to the manufacturers, to help them to address some of the challenges they face.
Mckenzie says a special committee has already been put in place to address the matter.
