Gehron George scored the most important goal of his young career, netting in extra time to hand the Do It Center Mighty Avengers the 2025 DFA Division One League title with a 3–2 victory over Bath Estate FC on Saturday at the DFA Technical Center.

Jerrelle Laville opened the scoring for the Mighty Avengers, but Marvin Leblanc quickly equalized for Bath Estate. Laville struck again to restore the lead before Eustace Phillip leveled the match once more, sending both teams into halftime tied 2–2.

Bath Estate went down to 10 men early in the second half after a red card, but despite the advantage, the Avengers couldn’t break through in regulation time. It was in extra time that George delivered the decisive goal, sealing the championship and promotion to next season’s DFA Premier League.

Head coach of Do It Center Mighty Avengers, Kerym Registe praised his players for their determination throughout the competition. The Mighty Avengers received $15,000 and a trophy for their win.

Bath Estate captain Eustace Marshall admitted his side lacked discipline in the final. Bath Estate collected $10,000 and a trophy for second place and will face East Central in a playoff match to decide who joins the Premier League next season.

In the third-place match, St. Joseph FC defeated RC Doctors 2–1, earning $5,000 for their finish.
