Minister for Energy Ian Douglas says plans for a geothermal energy plant for Dominica are underway.
Douglas says negotiations with power company DOMLEC are not complete, but Dominica is optimistic the project will materialize in the Roseau Valley since the support from partners abroad is encouraging.
