Minister of State in the Ministry of Labour, Daren Pinard, has refuted claims that Workers under the National Employment Program NEP are not being paid under the minimum wage structure.
Pinard says these workers benefit from the minimum wage structure even though their hours are different.
He made this statement on DBS Talking Point program on Friday.
