Ministry of Education seeking to address housing situation at Dominica Grammar School

Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education Chandler Hyacinth says efforts are being made towards having students of the first and second form of the Dominica Grammar School back into school as soon as possible.

These students have been out of school since the passage of Hurricane Maria on September 18, 2017 as the classes are still being used to house a number of individuals who have been left homeless by the Hurricane.

Hyacinth says the Ministry is exploring all options to have the students of the first and second form back into classes within a short time.
