National Security Minister, Rayburn Blackmoore, is reporting a decline in some major crimes ending December 2025.
He says however, gun violence remains a major challenge for the Dominica public and the Police Force.

The National Security Minister further informed that the Dominica Government will continue to provide the police with all the requisite support required to confront the rising prevalence of gun violence in our society.
