National Security Minister says advisers will be recruited to address some issues within the Dominica Police Force

Minister for National Security Rayburn Blackmoore says advisers will be recruited to address tactical issues within the Dominica Police Force.

He says this was among recommendations coming from a review of the Dominica Police Force post Hurricane Maria.

The National Security Minister told Talking Point on Monday that it is importance to build on the capacity of the Police Force.

 

Meantime Mr Blackmoore says plans for an Assistant Commissioner of Police for Crime are also on the cards.
