Nearly half a million needed to restore Roseau market to former conditions

General Manager at DEXIA, Gregoire Thomas says close to 500 thousand dollars will be required to restore the Roseau Market to pre-Hurricane Maria conditions.

Thomas says that while operations have resumed at the market, there are still a few challenges.

Meantime, Minister for Trade Ian Douglas has called for an end to roadside vending of fresh produce along the streets of Roseau.
