A new board of directors has been elected to oversee the operations of the Dominica Cooperative Societies League.
This follows the lifting of the administrative supervision of the Dominica Cooperative Societies League, effective March 17, 2026, by the Registrar of Cooperatives.
The Dominica Cooperative Societies League held its elections on March 14th, 2026, and a new Board of Directors was elected.
According to a release, the newly elected board members represent the following credit unions:
President: Marie Louise Pierre-Louis – West Coast Cooperative Credit Union
Vice President: Alganan Degallarie – Central Cooperative Credit Union
Secretary: Nadette Williams – National Cooperative Credit Union
Treasurer: Francis Paul – West Coast Cooperative Credit Union
Assistant Secretary Treasurer: Erma Lee – Grand Bay Cooperative Credit Union
Directors: Nella Jules – Grand Bay Cooperative Credit Union, Aaron Dalrymple – National Cooperative Credit Union, Mervin Alexander – St Mary’s Cooperative Credit Union and Clement Marcellin – National Cooperative Credit Union
