Parliamentary Representative for the Mahaut Constituency, Rayburn Blackmoore says a bypass for Massacre is on the cards.
Blackmoore made the announcement at Massacre last night during the launching ceremony of Miss Dominica hopeful Ketisha Joseph.
Blackmoore also promised an impressive indoor sports facility for Massacre.
Meantime, he says that the participants for the 2O17 Miss Dominica pageant deserve the support of the general public.

He said the Constituency has not won the Miss Dominica title for some time now and he is hoping 2O17 will be their year.
Miss Dominica hopeful Ketisha Joseph says she is hoping her studies in political science will prepare her for future endeavours.
Joseph’s Village Launching followed that of Esther Francis on Saturday who is representing the Goodwill Community.
