Health Minister Cassani Laville has called on Dominican nurses to continue to deliver health care with compassion.
He made the call as Dominica joins the rest of the world to observe International Nurses Day, today.
Mr. Laville says Government has been making investments to ensure that nurses are equipped to undertake their duties effectively.
Meantime President of the Dominica Nurses Association Yolanda Rodney-Jno. Baptiste called for a more conducive environment to be created for nurses on island.
