One Man Apprehended in Kishroy Abraham Murder

The police have formally charged a man with murder in relation to an incident which led to the death of another at Fete La Pwet in Pointe Michel recently.

Police Public Relations Officer, Pelham Jno. Baptiste said law-men have completed their investigation in the matter and Ishmael Hudson Vidal, 27, of Fond Cole is now facing a murder charge.

He is accused of killing Kishroy Abraham of Morne Prosper in Pointe Michel on November 5, 2016.

Vidal was on the run for almost two weeks but was apprehended by the police this week.

He will appear before a Roseau Magistrate where the charge will be formally read to him.

Abraham succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead upon arrival at the Princess Margaret Hospital.

He was laid to rest on Wednesday, November 16, 2016.
