Opposition Leader Fails to Meet Outstanding Payment Deadline in Defamation Matter

Chattered Accountant Kieron Pinard- Byrne has reported that Opposition Leader, Lennox Linton has not met the deadline in payments ordered by the Privy Council of £26,000.

The two have been involved in an ongoing legal battle after Linton was found to have defamed Pinard-Byrne in 2002.

He told DBS News on Wednesday, his lawyers will now begin action against Linton.

DBS News has not been able to make contact with Linton to comment on the latest development.
