Leader of the opposition United Workers Party Lennox Linton has expressed concerns that the Rapid Response Social Recovery Program in its current state will not eliminate the bureaucratic procedure and improve on the efficiency of disbursing funds for those in need.

Speaking in Parliament on Thursday on the matter, Linton said there is a mismatch between what the Government wants to do and the actual provisions of the proposed legislation.
