Opposition Senator Delbert Paris has questioned the decision of the Electoral Commission to stop the continuous registration of voters.
Senator Paris told Parliament on Tuesday that the decision is a breach of the Registration of Electors Act.
The Electoral Commission said last week that registration of voters was stopped as the commission addresses some technical matters.
