Chief Youth Development Officer, Merita Hyacinth, has told over 1OO graduates of an eight-week short-course program that they have opened new doors for themselves.
The young people were trained in several skills areas, and their certificate presentation ceremony took place at the Dominica/China Friendship Auditorium this afternoon.
