The Petite Savanne Cultural Group has received the 2016 FLOW Creole Lifetime Award.
Every year as part of its annual staging, FLOW Dominica formally Known as Cable & Wireless presents a lifetime achievement award to a person or group who has significantly contributed to Dominica’s cultural development in various fields.
The Group, established in 1964 was also presented a cash award of $1,500 at the official launch of FLOW’s Creole in the park this morning.

Meantime, Josephine Peter Affectionately known as JOFA at the company was recipient of the Special Employee Recognition Award for her long service to the company and willingness to assist in every aspect of its development.
It is noted that over the last 11 years she has also played a major role in the staging of the annual creole in the park event serving as manager of the Sales Booth at the CITP among other positions.
