Plans for the 111 million EC dollars Roseau Enhancement project could enter a new phase this year.
Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit says the project has been delayed, but they are expected to go towards tender for construction.
The Roseau Enhancement project, funded by the Saudi Funds, is expected to rehabilitate 7 major roads in the city.
