Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit has expressed condolences to the family of the late Kyan Joseph (better known as Cannot Dress) of Gutter Village, who succumbed to his injuries following a traffic accident in the Bellevue area on Sunday.
Police have confirmed that about 12:30 pm on Sunday, a Mitsubishi Outlander jeep driven by Malik Skerrit, collided with a scooter which was driven by Joseph.
Kyan Joseph was transported to the ICU, but died later in the day.
