Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit has indicated he does not intend to leave office prematurely.
This month, Opposition Leader Lennox Linton wrote to the Prime Minister asking him to step aside over what he said are issues of concern to the country.
PM Skerrit told residents of Laplaine during a town hall meeting on Friday evening, the electorates are the ones who will decide who leads the country.
