Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit has expressed disappointment over what he says are criticisms about the National Employment Program (NEP).
In winding up debate on the Supplementary Estimates in Parliament on Friday, PM Skerrit said the NEP which has reached the 2OOO mark, is a source of pride for the youth of Dominica.
