Popular bouyon artist Kenny Jno Baptist has been elected to the Roseau city council.
Jno Baptist placed second in ward 2 with 235 votes, and only Paloma Mark with 3O6 votes topped the ward.
Lucy Belle Matthew with 4O8 votes in ward 4 received the most votes at the polls.
Mayor Irmin Royer narrowly topped ward 1 and Quincy Angol led ward 3.
