A Portsmouth woman who was charged with theft of over $100,000 dollars has walked free at the High Court criminal session.
Nadisha Drigo Demizeme was arrested with the theft of stock worth over $80,000 dollars and cash of over $16,000 dollars.
However, Attorneys Gina Abraham and Wayne Norde who took up her case, raised an objection at the High Court and the accused was found not guilty.
Meantime St Lucian national Fimber Greenidge who was charged with the murder of Chris Blanc in St Joseph between December 2016 and January 2017 has been granted bail in the sum of $300,000 dollars.
Greenidge is to submit all travel documents to the court and is to report to the police station every day of the week.
