CEO of the Dominica Air and Sea Ports Authority Benoit Bardouille says the rough seas being experienced over the past few weeks continue to hamper the operations at the Woodbridge Bay Port.

Bardouille says a number of vessels have been unable to dock due to safety concerns.

He also stated that there are limitations with the current equipment available to DASPA which makes offloading during rough seas dangerous.
