Minister for Foreign Affairs Senator Francine Baron has expressed the Government’s gratitude to the Russian Federation for its assistance to Dominica in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.
On Wednesday the Russian Federation donated a variety of relief supplies to the Government of Dominica.
Senator Baron said the road to recovery for Dominica will be long and hard.
She however thanked the Russian Federation for its support to Dominica’s rebuilding efforts.
Meantime Russian Ambassador to Dominica Vladimir Vinokurov revealed that this is the first shipment of Russian humanitarian aid to Dominica.
