SC Astaphan defends  SVG Government’s decision to appeal COVID-19 mandate ruling

 

Senior Counsel Anthony Astaphan, defends  decision by the St Vincent and the Grenadines Government to appeal the ruling of the COVID-19 mandate case.

A judge ruled in St Vincent last week that public officers who did not take the COVID 19 vaccine , could not be deemed to have fired the job and disagreed with  lawyers for the Government.

Astaphan who represented the Government of St Vincent and the Grenadines, says a higher court must be asked to decide on the matter  .
