Senior Counsel Tony Astaphan wants Dominica to emulate other Commonwealth countries and provide the right to vote for its citizens, in spite of the length of time they remain abroad.
Mr. Astaphan says a Dominican who resides abroad should not be removed from the voters list because he is not able to visit during a 5 year period.
