Series leveled 1-1 : West Indies vs South Africa

The West Indies will go in search of a series clinching win when they battle south Africa in the 3rd and final t20 this afternoon.

The series is leveled at 1-1.

The Windies took the first t20, before south Africa broke the record books chasing down a world record 258 to win the 2nd t20.

The third t20 match bowls off at 12 noon Caribbean time.

Meantime newly elected president of the Cricket West Indies, Dr. Kishore Shallow says he intends to work closely with the territorial boards to improve the fortunes of West Indies on and off the field of play.

Dr Shallow, was elected un-opposed during the CWI’s Annual General Meeting on the weekend..

Dr. Shallow says his administration will serve on four pillars.

 

 

Azim Bassarath, the head of the Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board, was elected vice-president.
