West IndiesTt20 captain Shai Hope says the team has to quickly put Thursday’s defeat to South Africa in the past and look to rebound in their final match against India on Sunday.
The Windies had their 5-match winning streak in the Men’s T20 World Cup snapped when they were crushed by 9 wickets to South Africa on Thursday.
South Africa in the process qualified for the semi finals with their win over the West Indies and with India’s win over Zimbabwe.
The 2nd qualifier in the group will be decided on Sunday, when India meets the west indies.
