Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Commerce Esther Thomas has called on small businesses to register with the Government of Dominica.
She says businesses which are not registered operate at a disadvantage.
Small businesses, which were affected by Hurricane Maria, are to benefit from an emergency World Bank grant this month.
