Chairman of the Soufriere village council Heston charles says the community has lost a great man with the passing of the former chairman Oscar Ettiene.
Charles described the former village council chairman as a community man and one who was well liked by the village.
Ettiene who died last month at the age of 35 will be laid to rest today.
