Dominica and Windward Islands Volcanoes cricketer Stephan Pascal says the past year has been one of growth, learning, and valuable experience in his development as a player.
Pascal described his first full run in regional first-class cricket as a learning experience, admitting that results did not meet expectations but played a key role in shaping his development.
He explained that those early challenges pushed him to reassess his game, which led to a successful return to the Under-19 level.
At the senior level, Pascal also acknowledged mixed performances, including a rain-affected Super 50 competition that limited playing opportunities.
Despite that, he said the experience helped build confidence and highlighted the importance of patience and decision-making.
