Chief Environmental Health Officer Tassie Thomas has warned Yacht owners that they must respect Dominica’s COVID 19 protocols.
She says clearance for yachts takes place at Portsmouth and agents attempting to receive clearance in Roseau are in breach of the laws of Dominica.
