Tourism Minister Senator Robert Tonge says Dominica is on course to welcome the first cruise ship to Roseau for the 2018 cruise season.
Mr. Tonge says the passage of Hurricane Maria has severely impacted the tourism product, however efforts are underway to restore tourism sites around the island.
