Trade Director explains increased price of petroleum products

Director of Trade Matthan Walters has highlighted a number of factors which he says are behind an increase in the price of petroleum products.

The increase which came into effect today will see motorists paying 17 dollars and 7 cents a gallon for gasoline, a jump from 15 dollars 91 cents a gallon.

 

 

Walter says Dominicans need to prepare as there could be an additional increase towards the end of 2023.
