Trade Minister Dr Vince Henderson says the Memorandum of Understanding signed on Wednesday for the agriculture produce procurement facility, will address a longstanding problem faced by DEXIA.
Dr Henderson says the MOU will enable DEXIA to receive 5 million dollars from Government.
