Union representing employees at Fort Young Hotel concerned that number of workers made redundant post Hurricane Maria may not get priority for re-employment

The Union representing employees at the Fort Young Hotel says it is concerned that a number of employees made redundant or laid off following Hurricane Maria may not be given priority for reemployment.

Secretary Treasurer at the Waterfront and Allied Workers Union Kertiste Augustus says the Union is concerned with the number of job vacancies being advertised.

 

Mr Augustus says the Union will pursue the matter with great interest.
