The issue of Ageing will be the highlight of the Tenth Annual Bernard Sorhaindo Lecture.
Medical Sociologist and retired Senior Lecturer in the Department of Para-clinical Sciences at UWI St. Augustine, Dr. Joan Rawlins will speak on the topic: “Ageing in the Caribbean: The Reality, Challenges and Opportunities”.
Officer in Charge at the UWI open campus is Kimone Joseph.
She says the lecture will also address the social and economic aspects of ageing.
The tenth Annual UWI Open Campus Dominica Bernard A. Sorhaindo Memorial Lecture will be held on Thursday at the Fort Young hotel.
