The UWI Seismic Research Centre has raised concerns over the failure of some countries to honour payments to the regional research agency.
Speaking during the Disaster and You Radio Program this morning, Professor Richard Robertson, at the UWI Seismic Research Centre, says the agency is facing challenges due to insufficient contributions from countries like Dominica.
